Search

The search feature allows users to locate appointments by patient name.. This ensures efficient navigation and easy access to specific appointment details within the system.
Filter

The filter feature offers multiple methods to filter appointments, enabling users to refine results based on specific criteria such as date, provider, appointment type, or status. This enhances efficiency and simplifies appointment management.
Date Scheduled filter :

The date filter allows you to filter appointments within a specified date range. Results are based on the date the appointment was scheduled, making it easy to locate appointments for a particular time period.
Appt Time filter :

This filter enables you to filter appointments within a specific date range, based on the appointment time. It helps in narrowing down results to a precise time frame for efficient appointment management.
Filter by Reason for visit :

This feature allows you to filter appointments based on the reason for visit name. It helps in locating appointments associated with specific reason.
Filter by provider :

This feature enables you to filter appointments by the active provider’s name. It makes it easy to locate appointments associated with a particular provider.
Filter by Patient type :

This filter allows you to filter appointments based on patient type, such as new or returning.
Filter by appointment status :

This feature allows you to filter appointments based on the appointment’s status, such as unconfirmed, confirmed, complete, or canceled etc. It helps in quickly finding appointments according to their current status.
Filter appointment by book origin :
This filter allows you to filter appointments based on the source from which they were booked.
Both: Displays appointments from both ALL in One Dental and external sources. Booked Through Others: Shows appointments made through external sources. Booked Through App: Displays appointments booked directly through ALL in One Dental. This filter helps in easily distinguishing between appointments based on their booking origin.
Sync Unsynced Appointment :

This feature ensures that appointments that have not yet been synced are synchronised. It helps maintain up-to-date appointment data across all systems, ensuring no appointments are missed.

Sorting appointments by date :
- Date Scheduled: Selecting this option sorts appointments in ascending or descending order based on the scheduled date.
- Appt Time: Selecting this option sorts appointments in ascending or descending order based on the appointment time.
Appointment list :

You will see a list section displays a comprehensive list of all appointments including key details such as Scheduled Date, Patient Name, Patient Type (New or Returning), Assigned Provider, Reason for Visit, Appointment Time, Status. It provides a clear overview of all booked appointments, making it easier to manage and track appointment details.
Additional appointment details :

Selecting an appointment opens a drawer that displays additional details, including Patient’s Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email Address, insurance Provide, Other Relevant Information.
This feature provides quick access to comprehensive patient details for better appointment management and follow-up.
Action Center Tab

This tab will be visible only when the “Auto Sync Appointment” feature is turned off in the Others tab of the Settings module. In this tab, only pending appointments (neither approved nor declined) will be displayed. The practice can manually approve the appointments to save them in the PMS or decline them as needed.
