The Dashboard Module allows users to view all appointment-related data in one central location, providing a streamlined and organized overview for efficient management.
Filters
Two filters at the top-right of the dashboard allow customization of the appointment data display.
Filter appointment by book origin : The first filter allows you to filter appointments based on the booking source. The “Both” option displays appointments from both the All in One Dental and external sources. The “Booked Through Others” option shows appointments from external sources, while the “Booked Through App” option displays appointments made through All in one Dental.
Filter appointment by days : The second filter allows users to filter appointments within a specified date range such as the last 7, 30, or 90 days, providing flexibility in reviewing appointment data.
Appointment Data graph
You can view a line graph that illustrates the number of appointments booked over time. This helps practices track booking patterns and identify peak days, enabling better scheduling and booking patterns.
Patients Type pie chart
The pie chart displays the proportion of new and returning patients, offering a clear visual representation of patient types and helping practices understand their patient demographics.
Latest Appointments list
This section displays some of the recent appointments, showing details such as the scheduled date, patient name, patient type, assigned provider, reason for visit, appointment time, and current status, offering a quick overview of the latest appointments for efficient management.
View all
The “View All” feature displays the complete list of all appointments, allowing users to access a comprehensive overview of every scheduled appointment for easier management.
