If the “Ask patients for their insurance information” option is enabled in the Others module, click on the insurance dropdown to view the list of accepted insurances. If a specific insurance is not listed, you can add it manually by using the “Add” feature located on the right side. This allows you to keep the insurance list up to date and ensure accurate information is captured from patients.
List of insurance :
You can view a comprehensive list of all selected insurances from the dropdown, including any manually added insurances. The list ensures that all insurance options are easily accessible in one place, helping you manage and update insurance details efficiently.
By turning this feature on, you can specify whether each individual insurance option is considered in-network or out-of-network.
Accept other insurance : If this feature is turned on, the “Others” option will be available in the insurance list dropdown section of the form.
Show others insurance warning message : If this feature is turned on, selecting the “Others” option from the insurance dropdown on the form will display a warning message.
Show out of network insurance message : If this feature is turned on, selecting any out-of-network insurance from the dropdown will trigger a warning message.
Optional insurance field :
The selected options from this field will appear as fields in the insurance section of the form.
Others insurance warning message :
If the “Show Others Insurance Warning Message” feature is enabled, the warning message content can be added in this section.
Out of network warning message :
If the “Show Out of Network Insurance Message” feature is enabled, the warning message content for out-of-network insurance options can be added in this section.
