If email is selected, the “Email Subject,” “Insert Placeholder Type,” and the section for writing the email content will be available. By default, all three sections will be pre-filled the first time you access this section. However, you can customize them as needed to override the default structure and tailor them to your preferences.
Email subject: You can update email subject in the subject section, tailoring it to suit the purpose of the communication.
Insert Placeholder Type: The “Insert Placeholder Type” feature allows you to dynamically include practice-related information, such as the patient name, appointment date, and other details, in the email content.
Email content: In this section, you can write or customize the main content of the email, tailoring it to your specific needs. This allows you to adjust the message to suit different scenarios and ensure clear communication with the recipient.
The header and footer of the email will be automatically included when sent to the recipient, ensuring a consistent format and professional appearance for all communications.nd professional presentation.
Text template customization
If text is selected, the “Insert Placeholder Type” option and a section for writing the text content will be available. Like the email, these options will be pre-filled by default but can be customized freely to meet your needs.
