It organizes information by time for a selected date from the calendar, making it easy to track availability, appointment slots, and schedule conflicts. This module helps practices efficiently coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and better time management.
Schedules: The highlighted gray section represents the scheduled time slots for each operatory, ensuring alignment with the correct operatory and time. This visual distinction helps in easily identifying reserved slots and managing availability efficiently.
Blockouts: The blue-bordered section represents blockouts, It also displays the blockout type, helping practices differentiate between various reasons for unavailability, such as lunch breaks, meetings, or maintenance.
Appointments : The white card section represents appointments and displays key details such as the provider’s name and the patient’s name. This helps in quickly identifying scheduled appointments within the selected time slot.
