These Patient Terms of Service ("Patient Terms") create the legal understanding between All in One Dental ("All in One Dental" "we," or "us") and you("you" or "User"). Please review these Patient Terms carefully before agreeing to them or using the services provided by All in One Dental. These services include, but are not limited to, online appointment booking, patient forms, and text messaging (together referred to as the "Service"), along with the related software (the "Software").
By accepting these Patient Terms or by using the Service and Software, you confirm that you agree to these terms. These Patient Terms clearly outline your rights and responsibilities in connection with All in One Dental's Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to access or use the Service or Software.

If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency or health issue, it is important to immediately contact emergency medical services or consult your physician or healthcare provider. The Website and Service are not intended to provide, nor do they offer, medical advice, professional diagnoses, opinions, or treatment. The information available on the Website or through the Service should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical guidance.

All in One Dental is not a healthcare provider. No licensed medical professional/patient relationship is established through the use of the information provided by or via the Service or Website, or through any other communication from All in One Dental.
All in One Dental makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, either expressed or implied, regarding the professional qualifications, expertise, or quality of work of any medical professional, specialist, or other information presented here. Additionally, All in One Dental does not endorse any individual or healthcare organization mentioned. Under no circumstances will All in One Dental be liable for any decisions or actions taken by you or any third party based on the information provided. All in One Dental is not responsible for the actions or inactions of any medical professional or specialist, whether listed on this site or not.
All in One Dental strongly recommends, and you agree, that you will independently verify the credentials and qualifications of any healthcare professional. This includes contacting the appropriate licensing authorities to confirm credentials and education, as well as verifying information directly with the Provider’s office, your current healthcare provider, relevant medical associations, and the appropriate state medical board.
Access to and Use of the Service :
These Patient Terms, along with All in One Dental’s Privacy Policy and any other documents explicitly referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Service, which includes all content, functionality, and services provided on or through www.allinone,dental As a User, you will be granted access to the Software and materials available through the Service offered by All in One Dental.
The Service is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the United States or its territories or possessions. By using this Service, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract with All in One Dental and meet the eligibility requirements outlined above. If you do not meet these criteria, you must refrain from accessing or using the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a child under the age of 13 and providing that child’s personal data to All in One Dental, you must be the parent or legal guardian of the child or have obtained the necessary consent from the child’s parent or guardian to share their personal information with All in One Dental. You are responsible for obtaining consent from the child’s parent or guardian. By using the Service in this manner, you confirm that you are either the parent or legal guardian of the child or that you have received the required consent to provide their information. Children under 13 may not use the Service without the authorization of their parent or guardian.
Important Information About the Service :
All in One Dental only lists Providers who have paid a fee and entered into a contractual agreement with All in One Dental. All in One Dental will provide you with lists of Providers who have indicated they are qualified to deliver the healthcare services you are seeking, based on the information you provide and your user settings. However, All in One Dental does not recommend or endorse any Provider and makes no representations or warranties regarding the Providers or the quality of the healthcare services they offer. Furthermore, All in One Dental does not verify whether any Provider holds the necessary active medical licenses or certifications to practice in their specialty or offer specific services. You are fully responsible for selecting your own provider.
While All in One Dental may offer an online appointment booking feature as part of the Service, All in One Dental has no control over, and cannot guarantee the availability of, any Provider at any given time. All in One Dental will not be held liable for canceled, incorrectly scheduled, missed, or otherwise unfulfilled appointments, or for any injuries resulting from such issues.
The Service and/or All in One Dental’s additional services for Providers may include features allowing patients (or their parents or guardians) to make payments to Providers or may otherwise facilitate payments to Providers. By using these services to pay a Provider, you agree to the payment terms as established by both the Provider and All in One Dental, including any applicable terms outlined in the Customer Terms of Service on the Website.
If you choose to input information into any form provided by All in One Dental (referred to as a “Form”) on behalf of yourself or a third party who has authorized you to do so, you grant All in One Dental permission to share this information with the Provider you designate. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that this information will be reviewed and confirmed by you or someone authorized on your behalf at the time of your appointment to ensure its accuracy. Furthermore, you understand that All in One Dental may utilize the data or information you provide through any Form in accordance with these Patient Terms.
You hold full responsibility for covering any fees associated with appointments scheduled with a Provider. This includes, but is not limited to, charges for missed appointments.
Furthermore, you bear full responsibility for all activity conducted through the Service, including any actions performed by others using your username and password.
Reliance on Information Posted :
General. The information provided on or through the Service and Website is made available strictly for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on the material is entirely at your own risk. We disclaim any liability or responsibility for actions taken based on such materials by you, any other users of the Service or Website, or anyone else who may have been informed of their content. The Service and Website may also include content contributed by third parties, such as users, bloggers, external licensors, syndicators, aggregators, or reporting services. Any statements or opinions expressed within these materials, apart from the content we provide, represent solely the opinions and responsibility of the party providing them. These materials do not necessarily reflect the views of All in One Dental. We are not liable for the content or accuracy of any third-party-provided materials.
Provider Information. Information about Providers and their practices available through the Service and Website is intended for general reference only. This information is self-reported by Providers or their representatives and is not verified by All in One Dental. It may be subject to frequent changes and could become inaccurate or outdated. Neither the Service nor the Website, nor All in One Dental, provides advice or certification regarding any Provider’s qualifications. It is your responsibility to independently verify the accuracy and current status of any Provider-related information.
Appointment Booking Information. Details about appointment bookings and availability presented on or through the Service and Website are supplied directly by Providers or their staff and are not confirmed by All in One Dental. This information is subject to change and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. All in One Dental does not make any representations or guarantees regarding appointment booking details or availability. It is your responsibility to independently confirm these details before making any decisions based on them.
Forms and Documentation. All in One Dental does not guarantee that any form made available through the Service will be useful or applicable to your specific situation. You are responsible for independently verifying the relevance and accuracy of such forms with your healthcare provider, insurer, or any other appropriate third party to ensure they meet your needs.
Procedures, Products, and Services. The procedures, products, services, and devices discussed or advertised on the Service or Website may not be suitable for all individuals, patients, or clinical situations. All in One Dental does not claim or warrant the effectiveness of any such offerings. Products or services featured on or through the Service or Website—whether by sponsors, advertisers, Providers, or others—are included for informational purposes only. Their inclusion does not imply they are appropriate for specific individuals or serve as a prediction of their effectiveness, outcomes, or success.
Personal Information and Privacy :
To provide the Service and Website as designed, All in One Dental collects and processes personal information. For details on our practices regarding the collection, storage, processing, disposal, and use of your personal data, please refer to All in One Dental’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Patient Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that no data transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and All in One Dental cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information sent to us.
If you select or are assigned a username, password, or any other security credentials as part of All in One Dental’s security protocols, you must treat such credentials as confidential and refrain from sharing them with any third party. You agree to notify All in One Dental immediately in the event of any unauthorized access or use of your username, password, or account, or any breach of security. Additionally, you agree to log out from your account at the end of each session and exercise caution when accessing your account from public or shared devices to prevent others from viewing or recording your personal information or credentials.
All in One Dental reserves the right to disable any username, password, or other security credentials at its sole discretion and without prior notice. This may occur for any reason, including if, in All in One Dental’s judgment, you have violated any part of these Patient Terms.
The Service tracks metadata and other usage-related data generated by you and other users during use of the Service ("Usage Data") and shares such data with All in One Dental. While All in One Dental retains ownership of this Usage Data, excluding any personal data it may contain, you agree that All in One Dental has the ongoing right to collect, analyze, utilize, distribute, and monetize this data for lawful purposes. These purposes may include enhancing the Service and improving All in One Dental’s products and services overall. Usage Data may be retained and utilized indefinitely.
The information gathered during the SMS opt-in will not be shared or sold to third parties, especially for promotional purposes.
All in One Dental will not sell or share this data with third parties unless it has been anonymized (e.g., stripped of names, addresses, or other identifiers) or aggregated with other users’ data to prevent identification of any specific individual. However, All in One Dental may share Usage Data in its original form when necessary to provide services to you or comply with legal obligations.
Modification to Service :
We retain the right to suspend or modify the Service, as well as any content or materials offered through it, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We will not be held responsible if, for any reason, all or any part of the Service becomes unavailable at any given time or for any duration. Occasionally, we may limit access to certain sections of the Service, or to the entire Service, for specific users, including registered users.
Intellectual Property Rights :
The Website, Service, and all of their content, features, and functionalities (including but not limited to information, software, text, displays, images, videos, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement of these materials) are the property of All in One Dental, its licensors, or other providers of such content. These materials are protected by United States and international laws concerning copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
These Patient Terms grant you the right to use the Service exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, altering, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, publicly performing, republishing, downloading, storing, or transmitting any materials from our Service or Website, except in the following cases :
- Your device may temporarily store copies of materials in RAM while accessing and viewing them.
- You may save files that your web browser automatically caches for display improvement purposes.
- You are permitted to print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages from the Service or Website solely for personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, distribution, or publication.
- If All in One Dental offers desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your device for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you agree to comply with our end-user license agreement for such applications.
- If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take actions as enabled by those features.
You are prohibited from:
- Modifying copies of any materials obtained from the Service or Website.
- Using illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics independently of their accompanying text.
- Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials obtained from the Service or Website.
- Accessing or using any part of the Service or Website, or any services or materials offered through them, for commercial purposes.
If you modify, copy, print, modify, download or otherwise use or grant access to any part of the Service or Website in violation of these Patient Terms, your right to use the Service and Website will be immediately revoked. At our discretion, you will be required to either return or destroy any copies of the materials you’ve made. No right, title, or interest in the Service, Website, or any of their content is transferred to you. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by All in One Dental. Any use of the Service or Website not expressly authorized by these Patient Terms constitutes a breach of these Terms and could result in violations of copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.
Prohibited Uses:
You are permitted to use the Service and Website solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Patient Terms. You agree not to use the Service or Website in the following ways:
- In violation of any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to laws concerning the export of data or software to and from the U.S. or other countries.
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way, such as by exposing them to inappropriate content, soliciting personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
- To upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with the Content Standards outlined in Section 11 of these Patient Terms.
- To transmit or solicit the sending of any advertising or promotional content, including but not limited to "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or other similar communications.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate All in One Dental, its employees, another user, or any other person or entity, including but not limited to using email addresses or screen names associated with any of the above.
- To engage in any activity that limits or hinders others’ use or enjoyment of the Service, or that, in our sole discretion, may harm All in One Dental or its users, or expose them to legal liability.
Additional Prohibited Actions
Furthermore, you agree not to
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or otherwise alter the Service or any part of the Website, its content, information, or materials, except as explicitly permitted.
- Use the Service in a way that could disable, overload, damage, or impair the site or disrupt others’ use of the Service, including their ability to participate in real-time activities.
- Use any automated tools, such as robots, spiders, or other devices, processes, or methods, to access the Service or Website for purposes like monitoring or copying content from the Service or Website.
- Use any device, software, or process that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Service or Website.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful or malicious software.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, damage, or disrupt any portion of the Service or Website, the server on which the Website is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website.
- Launch a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack against the Website.
- Misuse the Service by scheduling appointments with Providers that you do not intend to keep.
- Create user accounts using automated methods or under false, fraudulent, or misleading pretenses.
- Otherwise attempt to disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or Website.
All in One Dental will have sole discretion to determine whether you have engaged in any prohibited activities or violated these Patient Terms. This decision will be final and not subject to review, and you waive any rights to contest this determination.
User Feedback, Comments, and Contributions :
The Service and/or Website may include features that allow users to provide feedback, reviews, and other interactive content (collectively referred to as “Interactive Services”), enabling users to post, submit, or share content with other users or individuals (referred to as “User Contributions”). “User Contributions” excludes personal data, health information, and financial details.
All User Contributions must adhere to the Content Standards outlined in Section 11 of these Patient Terms. You must act responsibly when contributing, refraining from posting any information that could be used to identify you by another user, Provider, or third party.
Any User Contribution you share through the Service or Website will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting any User Contribution, you grant All in One Dental, its affiliates, service providers, and their respective licensees, successors, and assigns, a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and fully paid license to use, reproduce, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, and disclose such content for any purpose. This includes the right to adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works of, or incorporate your User Contribution into other works.
This license is non-exclusive, except that All in One Dental has the exclusive right to combine your User Contributions with those from other users for any reason.
By submitting User Contributions, you confirm that :
- You hold ownership or control over the rights to your User Contributions and have the authority to grant the above license to All in One Dental and its affiliates, service providers, and their respective successors and assigns.
- All of your User Contributions comply with these Patient Terms.
- You acknowledge full responsibility for any User Contributions you submit, including their legality, accuracy, reliability, and appropriateness, and you understand that All in One Dental is not responsible for such content.
We are not liable for the accuracy, legality, or content of any User Contributions posted by you or any other users of the Service or Website.
1. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Termination
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or decline to post any User Contributions at our sole discretion, for any reason. We may take any action regarding User Contributions that we deem necessary, including actions we believe are required if a contribution violates these Patient Terms, including Content Standards, infringes on intellectual property rights, threatens public safety, or could lead to liability for All in One Dental. We also have the right to disclose your identity or other details to third parties who claim that material you’ve posted infringes their rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights. If necessary, we will pursue legal actions, including reporting to law enforcement, in the case of unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service or Website. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, partially or fully, without notice, for any reason, including breaches of these Patient Terms. All in One Dental will not be held liable for any termination of your access to the Service, and you agree not to attempt using the Service once your access is terminated. Any provisions that naturally survive termination will remain effective. We also reserve the right to fully cooperate with law enforcement or a court order requesting information regarding any user who posts materials that violate the Service’s rules. While we make efforts to respond to complaints about objectionable content in a timely manner, we are not responsible for reviewing every submission before posting. We assume no liability for the content or actions of users, unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
2. Content Standards
These standards apply to all User Contributions and the use of Interactive Services. All User Contributions must comply with federal, state, local, and international laws. Contributions must not include false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content, promote explicit material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, or infringe on intellectual property rights or other rights of others. They must not violate legal rights like privacy or publicity or result in civil or criminal liability. Contributions should not deceive others, promote illegal activities, cause harm, inconvenience, or unnecessary anxiety, impersonate any person, or misrepresent affiliations. Commercial activities like promotions, contests, or advertising are prohibited. Additionally, no content should give the impression of official endorsement when not true. If you believe any User Contributions infringe on your copyright, please refer to Section 22 for copyright dispute procedures. Repeat offenders may face account termination.
3. Changes to the Service and Website
You acknowledge that the Service, Website, and associated materials may be modified at All in One Dental's discretion. We do not guarantee that the content on the Service or Website will be current or complete, and any material may be outdated. There’s no obligation to update such material. Additional terms may apply to specific sections or features of the Service, and by using those features, you agree to those terms. In the event of a conflict between additional terms and these Patient Terms, the additional terms take precedence.
4. Geographic Limitations and Compliance with Export Laws
The Service and Website are operated by All in One Dental in Washington, United States. We offer the Service for use by U.S.-based users and make no guarantees that the Service is accessible or appropriate outside the United States. Accessing the Service from outside the U.S. is at your own risk, and you must comply with your local laws. You represent that you are not located in a country under U.S. embargo, or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government restricted party list. You also agree to comply with applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data from the U.S. or your home country.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service, software, and Website are provided "as is." All in One Dental disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer shall not be altered by any course of dealing or performance. All in One Dental does not guarantee that the Service or software is entirely error-free.
6. Limitation on Liability
All in One Dental's total liability for any claim or damage arising from these Patient Terms, including any use or inability to use the Service, software, or Website is limited to direct damages, which shall not exceed the total aggregate amount of $100.00. In no event will All in One Dental be liable for any lost profits, lost data, business interruptions, or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, software, or Website, even if All in One Dental has been notified of the possibility of such damages. If you are a California resident, you waive your rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which states that a general release does not extend to claims that the creditor does not know or that would have materially affected their settlement with the debtor. Some jurisdictions may override these limitations by law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless All in One Dental, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Patient Terms or your use of the Service or Website. This includes your User Contributions, any content or services offered on the Website, or any violation of intellectual property or other rights of others by you or any third party using your registration information. This indemnification does not apply to liabilities arising from All in One Dental's own gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters related to the Service, the Website, and these Patient Terms, including any disputes, will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without considering conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these Patient Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of Washington State, located in Seattle. All in One Dental retains the right to bring legal action in your state of residence or another relevant jurisdiction. You waive objections to the jurisdiction and venue in these courts.
9. Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any cause of action or claim arising out of or related to these Patient Terms, the Service, or the Website must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action accruing. Otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.
10. Waiver and Severability
No waiver by All in One Dental of any term or condition in these Patient Terms will be considered a waiver of any future term or condition. If any provision of these Patient Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement
These Patient Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and All in One Dental regarding the Service and Website, overriding all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, related to the Service and Website.
12. Copyright Disputes
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any materials or content on the Service or Website infringe on your copyright, please notify us. We will handle such notifications in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other relevant laws. All in One Dental’s policy is to (1) block access to or remove material that it believes, in good faith, is copyrighted material that has been unlawfully copied and distributed by our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members, or users, and (2) remove and discontinue Service to repeat offenders.
